Prices and data accuracy:
Prices in the online store are clearly and unambiguously marked, indicating whether they include taxes, transportation costs, and other fees. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and do not have a predetermined validity, as they may change during special offers and promotions. Products with such prices have limited validity until the day specified in a particular offer or until stock depletion.
Prices do not include delivery. VAT-registered individuals must also provide their tax number.
Login and Registration:
To make a purchase through the www.paprika.si website, you must register by clicking on the "Login" option in the top bar. Create a new account by entering your details, and you will receive a confirmation email. The entered data will be carefully protected and used exclusively for processing your orders on the www.paprika.si website. Registered customers can track order archives, check the status of open orders, manage saved billing and delivery addresses in their user interface.
Shopping:
Each product includes the following details:
Name and description of the product (detailed description accessible by clicking on the product image or name; full size visible by clicking on the magnifying glass).
Product price and any promotional price, including VAT.
Product content.
Products can be added to the shopping cart. You can edit the contents of your cart at any time (change quantities, remove and add items). Complete your purchase by clicking on "Complete Purchase." The system guides you through the following steps:
Order: Review product selection, change quantities, or remove a product.
User registration if you are not already registered or logged in. You can also choose the "Quick Purchase" option.
Select delivery and billing addresses. You can update existing addresses or add new ones. You can also add any order-related notes.
Choose the delivery method and payment method.
Choose the payment method – bank transfer or PayPal. Review the cart contents once more.
If you want to change any step, you can navigate back through the steps by clicking on the titles of each step. Complete your purchase by reviewing your order and clicking on the "Place Order" button at the end of the purchase summary. Your order will be submitted and dispatched as soon as possible.
Discounts and Promotional Codes:
Various promotions and discounts may occur in the www.paprika.si online store. Promotional codes and discount codes offer various benefits such as discounts or gifts. You can receive an active code by subscribing to Paprika newsletters, occasional Paprika emails, or on social media (Facebook, Instagram). The code has a limited duration, and if not used within the specified time frame, it becomes invalid. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts do not accumulate!
To redeem a code, enter it in the "Discount Code" box during checkout and click the "Apply" button. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order. Only one code can be used per purchase. The discount code does not apply to products on sale. We reserve the right to change prices and to have a certain product unavailable during the discount period.
Order:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Any order cancellations can be communicated within 1 hour of placing the order by email or by calling us. If the customer does not cancel their order within the agreed period, the order is processed. You can view your order in the "My Account" tab.
