Recipe for butter with Gregorski ground pepper: spice up picnics and charcuterie with our spiced butter recipe.
Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter at room temperature
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika Gregorski
1/2 teaspoon of Gregorski hot paprika (optional)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (You can also add roasted garlic, mix well to make a smooth paste)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
Soften the butter: take the unsalted butter out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature until softened. This usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the room temperature.

Combine the ingredients: add softened butter, sweet paprika, garlic powder or roasted garlic, onion powder, salt and black pepper to a bowl.
Mix well: Using a spatula or hand mixer, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Make sure the spices are evenly distributed over the butter.
Adjust the seasoning: Taste the butter and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Add more salt or paprika if desired.

Shape the butter: you can shape the butter into a ball using two spoons, plastic wrap or parchment paper, or simply transfer it to a serving plate. If you shape it into a log, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and twist the ends to seal. Leave in the fridge to harden.
Serve or store: Once the butter is shaped and chilled, it is ready to use. Spread it on toast, melt it on grilled vegetables or meats, or use it to add flavour to pasta dishes. If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Enjoy your homemade paprika butter!
